TEACHING PRACTICE- PHASE 1( WEEKLY REFLECTION- 2)

 This week marked an important phase of my teaching practice at MMHSS Nilamel. I had the opportunity to engage actively with students, implement lesson plans, and observe classroom dynamics closely. The environment was supportive, and I received valuable feedback from my mentor teacher. This week strengthened my confidence as a teacher. I realized the importance of flexibility in lesson planning and being prepared to adapt based on classroom situations. I also recognized that effective communication and empathy are key to successful teaching.
